Why I Created True Selves.

My career has been shaped by a deep commitment to leadership, communication, and culture—three forces that are inextricably linked. I've seen firsthand that an organization’s success isn’t just about strategy and execution; it’s about whether people feel safe, valued, and empowered to bring their best selves to work. When employees feel psychologically safe, they engage more fully. When engagement increases, teams collaborate better, innovate faster, and drive stronger business outcomes.

I’ve worked across pharmaceuticals, beauty, retail, and healthcare, both in-house and in consulting roles, leading teams and advising executives at some of the world’s most recognized companies. My work has taken me across the U.S. and international markets, and while every industry and culture has its nuances, one truth remains: people are people. No matter the sector or geography, organizations thrive when they create environments where employees feel seen, heard, and valued.

I founded True Selves Consulting because too many businesses invest in performance metrics without recognizing that psychological safety is the foundation of engagement, and engagement is the engine of success. With expertise in behavioral science, leadership development, and strategic communication, I help organizations build cultures where trust fuels performance, and people and business success go hand in hand.
